My pursuit for spiritual understanding and growth started in my early 20s, although it wasn’t until I hit 30 that I became more earnest in my need to answer questions like; Who am I? Why am I here? and What’s life really about?
I studied for many years, philosophers teachings, meta-physics, energetic science, creative visualisation and affirmations. More recently I studied Holistic Kinesiology, which led me to Transference Healing®. All these subjects have played a role in expanding my consciousness, understanding who I am and gaining a greater appreciation of the world as we know it and the people within it. During my journey I have found more than ever my life flows with more ease, I do not get caught up in the drama of life like I used to and I trust more in the process of my journey.
Transference Healing® has become the foundation of my own personal and spiritual growth. It is very heart based and supports personal growth to consciously go deeper into the heart and to work more consciously from the deeper chambers of the heart. This has created a lot more inner peace for me and I have learnt a lot more about myself through the process than ever before.
I am from Cornwall in the UK; I come from a corporate background and am blessed with a son who arrived at the age of forty. Experiences in my life have helped me understand how Transference Healing® has and can continue to play a role in first understanding myself more and helping me to understand what drives me and where my passions truly lie. On a day-to-day level Transference Healing® gives me the tools to bring myself back into balance when those moments of chaos arise in a busy life, no matter how organised I am. So whilst Transference Healing® has nurtured my spiritual growth, it has supported me during my often hectic corporate life and motherhood. It has enabled me to support myself, my child and my family by giving me the tools to bring us back into balance when we get impacted physically or emotionally due to life’s rich tapestry of experiences.
If you truly want to change something in your life Transference Healing® works in a subtle way, getting to the root causes of circumstances and experiences whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
